Silver tone bezel that has been hand painted over a resin background that glows bright green once exposed to brief UV rays (either sun or black light). Paint, gears and Swarovski crystal are sealed in and with clear resin to avoid the design/imagery from rubbing off over time. Painting is done in pastel acrylic tones and is a one of a kind piece. Bezel measures roughly 1”
